Policy:
We do not rent, sell, or distribute
any information that you provide us.....PERIOD!!!
In contracting us to create a custom mix for your team, you agree to
any and all terms listed on our website, POLICY page, and through every email from CHEER MUSIC MADNESS.If you choose to use Cheer Music Madness to edit a mix that was previously made by another company,
WE WILL DO OUR BEST to adjust the music. Please recognize that it is not always possible to alter/take out any sound effects
or voiceovers in pre-made music. Parts of the mix may need to be re-created which would generate a cost to re-do.
Music Production and File Delivery:
1. We work on a first come, first serve
basis, so after you have sent us all of the requirements for the music, a song list (if you have one), and payment, you will
be “next in line” for us to work on your music. We want to be fair about how we work on the music
orders because every client is a valued customer!!
2. Once your
music is completed, we will send you an mp3 to the email address that you have provided. If you want the music on a CD, we
can do that for you at an additional charge. Please refer to our Pricing Page on the website for pricing and procedure. *PLEASE NOTE* If you give us a different or wrong email address for delivery of music, we are not
held responsible for any inconvience it may cause.
Rush Orders:
1. Rush Orders require full payment up front....PERIOD!
The rush service "days" will start counting once FULL PAYMENT and song list and music requirements have
been received and not just when you send an email telling us you need a rush order.
2. Any rush order that is not completed
by the date given will be refunded the rush fee ONLY.
3.
If you require any revisions on a rush order, there will be no refunds for the rush order fee, since the rush service was
already performed.
Payment:
1. Payments may be made by CHECK or
MONEY ORDER made out to Barbara Piscitelli, and mailed out to 21 Colfax Street, South River, NJ 08882 or by CREDIT CARD through
the website.
We will not start music until either the check is cleared or the credit card payment
went through.
2. If you decide to order additional voiceovers, CDS, or Rush Orders, amount due MUST be paid before
voiceovers are ordered or your music is sent to you.
3. Failure to submit payment will cause your mix to be put on hold. We can not stress enough
about how important it is for us to be organized and smart with our time management so that we can allow enough of time for
each custom mix.
4. Production of your music will INSTANTLY
be stopped for bounced checks or freeze on any credit card payment. You will have to resubmit payment and you be put back
on the list for us to continue working on your music
.It is important for us to emphasize that we need to stick to our payment method because we have trusted returning clients
in the past when they say “the check is in the mail” and it never gets to us. Unfortunately, it has happened too
often, so, to protect our time and service, we have to stick to our policy. Please refer to the Pricing page for discount amounts on multiple orders.
Refunds:
1. There are NO refunds on finished products.
We invest a lot of time into every mix. If you agreed upon either Cheer Music Madness picking the songs or you sending a song
list and then you change your mind after we have already started your music, you will be responsible for an hourly rate to
make those adjustments. It is very important to be comfortable with your decision about the songs you want in your mix.
Revisions:
1. Our Policy is to allow one free revision per
order. The revision consists of minor tweaks, adjustments of sound effects, or possibly changing out a song or two. If you
require additional revisions, there will be an additional fee.
2. If you require additional time added to your mix, that is an additional
charge. We will let you know the additional cost for the extra work.
After payment has been received, we will work on
your revisions and send it to you as soon as we can. Completion of the revisions is situational and can take up to
1-2 weeks depending on the time of the year.

A revised mix does not constitute more free revisions! Your free revision applied to the
origional mix, not every revision. When creating your Cheer Music Madness Mix, we carefully follow your vision and ideas so
that we can work in a timely mannor to get your music to you as soon as possible.
Cancelled Orders:
1. If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by contacting us as soon as possible. Orders
can not be cancelled when your mix is already in the production phase. You will be responsible for the amount of time
that we put into the music. You may get a partial refund, depending on how much time has already been put into the
music, please be aware of this.
2. If you placed an order for
music and we have already ordered Voiceovers for your music, you will be responsible for that cost.
3. We reserve the right to terminate any order. In the event that your order has been cancelled,
you will be notified by us.
Purchase Orders:
1. If more than
one squad is placing an order from the same School, on the same Purchase Order, all of these orders must be placed at the
same time.
2. The music will NOT be sent out until full
payment has been received from your School.
3. If your School is paying for
your music, we will send an Invoice to you immediately. You must then print the Invoice, and request a Purchase Order. Completion
dates maybe delayed until we receive a P.O. from your school.
Release:
1. We will not be held responsible for
any lossed profits, damaged equipment, missed competitions or anything else due to the use of this website and/or our services
or media formats.
2. We will not be held responsible for
any occurance which revolves around email. All of your emails are responded to in a very timely manner. In any event that
you do not receive a response in your inbox (because it ended up in your Bulk/Junk Mail folder or FULL), we will not be held
responsible for issues which may occur, to include if your mix being delayed, even if it is a rush order or missed competitions.
All of your emails and phone calls are
answered and/ or returned in a timely manner.
1. By ordering from Cheer Music Madness, you are contracting Cheer Music Madness to provide
and perform a music mixing service. Since all of the mixes that we create are "CUSTOM", we DO NOT give out refunds
for finished productions.
2. You agree to use your mix EXCLUSIVELY, AND ONLY for your Cheerleading and/or Dance
Competition, and only use benefits of this service in a private, non-profit manner.
The user who initialized this contracted
service will assume all responsibility for their "Custom Mix" should any "damages" occur.
By submitting your order, you accept and agree upon these terms and
policies of CHEER MUSIC MADNESS, and you understand the contents of the terms and policies page.We work with Cheerleading Squads and Dance Teams from all over the world. With these terms
in effect, it allows us to better serve you with the best customer service, time management, and the most creative custom
music possible.
